We shared the city sampler, which came with 4 meats, 2 sides and 2 garlic toast. Ordered extra Mac and cheese for the kiddos as well as fries and cornbread. Everything was super delicious! They give big portions, we ordered way too much. First time being here and I would highly recommend it! I also enjoyed the different BBQ sauces they had set out.

Been a fan of City BBQ for many years. Recent visit provided good food at very high prices. E.g. half rack of (tasty) ribs were $3/rib. Too little for too much.
They were out of a lot of stuff, including wings which is what I wanted. They brought out my chili without the cheese and jalapenos. I won't go back. Not worth the money.

I ordered online for catering our staff Holiday Party. I ordered for delivery, called and confirmed my delivery order on Saturday for Tuesday. I let them know that because my order was a certain $$ amount, they would have to run my card two times because it has a purchasing limit on it. No worries, just call on Tuesday and they can take care of that.Fast forward to Tuesday - they couldn't run two transactions on the same order until you were at the store in person. I had to find a driver, so I found someone to go pick it up - called back, and they said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. About 10 minutes later I called back with a different purchasing card that didn't have a spending limit. They then told me they couldn't run the card through, and possibly have the order delivered in time because the sides take over an hour to cook. Even though it would have been ready in 30 minutes with a pick up?? Even the corporate representative agreed that it sounded like they didn't want to deliver to us...I asked for a corporate number or email - and the woman I was speaking to said she was with corporate, and would let her manager know to be expecting my email. I emailed on Tuesday haven't heard anything yet.The order was over $300, but didn't seem like a priority to anyone. Not a good experience for the customer.

My family and I ordered catering from City Barbeque at the Highland Heights location for our dad's birthday party this past weekend and it was a huge hit, everyone loved it! It came delivered at the venue right on time, hot and ready to serve, and everything was delicious as usual! Thank you City Barbeque for the wonderful food and service!
