Went to this location for evening meal.Had the cod fish combo and a glass of tea.Ask the server for a lemon wedge for the tea... THREE (3) separate times during the meal...the Mgr. comes by and requested the lemon a FOURTH time... The lemon NEVER CAME...although the server said she was going to get it and never came back.Fish was fair...fries rated as dry, bottom of the heat bin quality...mac n cheese was less than hot, and gummy. When the bill was brought, after meal was finished, server had the audacity to offer the lemon AGAIN!!NOPE...TOO LATE...The reason why there is sub par food and service is because customers accept it.The minute a server takes your order in a dining establishment, they have entered into a contractual agreement with you, the customer, that they will deliver what you ordered to an acceptable standard, whereas; you agree to pay for both food and service.When that standard is not met by the seller, the contract is breached and becomes void.STOP tolerating crappie food and service...get up and walk out!!Do not patronize the Highland Heights Frishes. Their standard and competence is below sub-par.

Food was Luke warm at best,sat in window for at least 5 or more minutes before the waitress got it together. The sausage links were extremely salty and very tough like the sat all day and it was around 11:00 am when we ate. The smash burger was Luke warm and really dry. Fries were cold as usual. Waitress acted like it was no big deal. The gravy was cold as well. Really ad experience. The cook was climbing on the counter in the kitchen and didn't even lean it when he was done. Nasty. They really need better management and better quality of food and service.

I was there for lunch today. The waitress was friendly and checked on me a couple times.The booth I sat in I felt like I was sitting on the floor, they are so broken down., need to be replaced, they are cracked and old looking. The smell of the place wasn’t inviting to say the least.The tartar sauce didn’t taste fresh, the French fries were cool, the big boy had a hair in it.The only thing that was excellent was the soup.Frisch’s (all locations that I’ve been too ) have definitely gone down hill.Guess I’ll think twice before I go there again.

The dining area is kept cleaned, which is a big deal for me. The employees here are very friendly. They check in on you at reasonable intervals. I ordered the spicy Big Boy with no pickles and fries. Everything came out perfectly. For my drink, I had the sweet tea. If I had known that it would come with a ton of ice, I’d ask for light ice. Other than that, everything was great.

Ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers. No tomato. Got 2 single cheeseburgers with one tiny piece of bacon, and one had tomato still. Verified receipt, said doubles with no tomato. Apparently its hard to follow an order here. Customers beware.
