We ordered a sub but did not realize it came with mayo. We took it back and asked for another sandwich without mayo. The worker said the menu clearly showed that it had mayo on it and that he wouldn’t make another sandwich but we could buy another one if we wanted it without mayo.We had never been to a JJ before so didn’t realize it came with mayo and O&V. Could have been an easy fix for them, but they wouldn’t make a new one for us. We left very upset with such poor customer service.

Overpriced "signature" sandwich. Basically a 8" piece of bread. Hardly any meat whatsoever. Requested extra mustard and no mayo, got a dry sandwich. Ripoff stay away.

Turkey Tom is about as easy as it gets. I order online and more often than not they don't put cheese and mayo despite it being in the order when I re-check when I get home. Two young employees gave me a gross look so I didn't want to check in there. Should've checked in the car. Also didn't put the cookie in the bag so I wasted $. Just don't go here.

Placed an order for the 30 pak catering bundle for an office event. Online ordering was easy, everything was ready on time, they even helped me carry everything to my car. We got all the sandwiches, two sides, chips AND cookies. Everyone loved the food. My favorite part is that the carry out boxes fold up perfectly to be serving trays!!

I love this location. The staff is friendly and caring. The place is always spotless and the orders are made correctly. I come twice a week as it's always my go-to lunch as a busy mom. Great location. One small note: it's absolutely FREEZING in there. I wear a sweatshirt when I dine in.

Ordered two sandwiches, opened them and the bacon looked disgusting, hardly any lettuce, 3 small tomatoes, hardly any mayo. The other sandwich was the same, nothing like the pictures. Who wants to eat a big piece of bread with nothing on it?! I took themBack in and asked for a refund and they all looked at me confused. I’ve been to many other JJ’s and never had a bad experience. This place is a joke they need to be trained better at this location.
Not gonna lie I’ve only ate here twice and it’s good. I hate the taste of mayo but the fact they just put a thin layer of Mayo and you can’t even taste it makes it’s 10 times better.
