“No complaints about our breakfasts - all were good. Waitress (who was also cooking - so maybe that is why) not very pleasant/welcoming. Unfortunately KY doesn’t restrict smoking in restaurants and smoking is allowed in this one. Even at 8:30am, smoke was bad enough to cause all 3 of us to have hurting eyes and clothes that smelled of smoke.”

“A hidden gem in Glasgow! Great service and top notch food. We had a small order of breaded mushrooms, meal#1 was an 8oz ribeye with side salad & potato, meal #2 was a 10oz new york strip, side salad and crinkle fries. Everything was fresh and prepared super quick.Parking: Very large parking lot across the street.”

“Good food at reasonable prices. Service is quick. Ordered the fajita nachos with steak and chicken. The peppers and onions were well cooked with the meat, however the nachos could have used a lot more cheese.Salsaservedwith the chips was quite bland and very mild. The do have hotter options available if you ask, however the flavor greatly suffers for the sake of heat.”

“The restaurant is brand new because they relocated from Cherry Street to Max Wagner Drive in Glasgow. I neglected to get pictures of it because it was raining. Poor excuse but it was a little dark. The inside was beautiful. Pictures next time. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Service was quick but the best part was the food quality. Fresh. Hot. Cooked just right. Steak cooked to a perfect medium. Tender as well. Always one of my favorite places to eat in Glasgow.”

“Just good old fashioned bar-b-q. Cheap as well. Pulled pork sandwich is craveable and brisket melts in your mouth. Always crowded, but fast friendly service, and it is easy to see why. Been going for years and will continue to do so for the future.”

“We visited Mammoth cave national park and decided to try a local barbecue place. After reading several reviews and checking out pictures of places in the area we decided km pa-daddys. The dining area was small but there were open tables. We opted for dine in to make sure the food was fresh. The staff was very friendly and the food was served up quickly. We had a pork shoulder 1 slice and pulled pork plate. For sides we had cheesy taters and potato salad. The cheesy taters were good but being from Wisconsin I'd prefer more cheese! The potato salad was really good, creamy and flavorful. The pork shoulder had a great flavor but it was warm at best. The shredded pork was similar great flavor but not hot. I'd go 5 stars but the selections are limited and the temp of the food could have been better. I'd still recommend it and maybe go earlier as we got there about 6 and they close at 7 so maybe that's why things were cooling off.”

“Scotty Austin's Band was playing live and I had to go see them!! I absolutely lo-ve that band, and have drove to other states to see them, in the past!The venue was small, but very intimate. It let's you really enjoy the connection with the bands!!! There were 3 bands total playing and I discovered, some really awesome music. “Best bar in Glasgow. It is my Cheers. Great local community, friendly staff, amazing bourbon and craft beer selection. A truly unique and needed staple of small, local businesses in downtown Glasgow. Tuesdays and Fridays are my favorite just for the karaoke events.”

That's not taking anything away from the others that work there but she checked on me repeatedly while also handling other customers that walked through the door seamlessly. “Sorry for the the long comment, but I have a lot to say about this AMAZING restaurant. To start off a waiter gave us wonderful chips and even better salsa. WARNING if you are very sensitive to spice, get the guacamole. We ordered and the food came shortly after. The plates came SO hot that the employee who delivered our food wore pot holders on his hands. My mothers fajitas were steaming hot (so we’re other tables).The food was overall FANTASTIC. If I didn’t live 7 hours away I would come here often. The service was great, and everybody was VERY nice. I forgot to mention that the restaurant is family friendly, with plenty of options for children. I would totally recommend for anybody with children. The woman at the hotel recommended this place and I’m SO glad she did! I will and would recommend this place to anybody coming to Glasgow.”

“i always joke that i practically live at the king's cafe. it's the perfect place for chatting with friends, doing homework, having meetings, or just stopping by for a quick drink. i love this place so much, and for the past four years it's been my favorite place in glasgow. the menu is huge, the drinks are always perfect and i've never enjoyed a drink at a coffee shop as much as i have here. i always go searching for a similar experience but nothing beats this place! any time me and my friends are in town, we are here every day. this place is perfect, and everyone i know loves it.Dietary restrictions: plenty of non dairy alternatives!!!!Parking: huge parking lot adjacent to the building with plenty free and extremely close spots at all times”

“This café was a wonderful little find in the tiny town of Horse Cave. We stopped in, quite honestly, because it was the only place we could find to eat, but were pleasantly surprised. The buffet is simple, and inexpensive, but the food was surprisingly good. We all ate more than we normally would have because it tasted like real food! The desserts were also excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back next time we are near that area.”

“Stopped here for Saturday lunch at noon as we traveled across KY. Sat at the bar even though it was not crowded. Tyler, the bar tender, was very personable and took good care of us. The Reuben he recommended was terrific and the West Coast and Hazy IPA's worth the stop. I would dine here again and highly recommend!”
