Ordered a fish box and order of potato wedges. Got a 2Pc fish dinner that had about 4 potato wedges in the box. Should have received an order of potato wedges and 4 to 6 pieces of fish. Went back in and the manager wouldn't even look at us and tried to give us 2 more pieces of fish to make up the difference. She was very rude and walked away while I tried to explain what was wrong.I have been in sales for 35 years and would not even think of treating a customer the way she did. She was very disrespectful. I will let everyone I know how I was treated at this location.

Something happened last visit. It was like they lost our order. We called from the parking lot twice as we had ordered all dark meat. One of the sides was not what they ordered. Any place can have a bad day. It is what they do about it when it happens that define the good places. They apologized in what seemed sincere to me. Unasked, they gave us a coupon for about what half of our order was. It was at a somewhat busy time. I will be going back.

We ordered a bucket of dark meat chicken ?. They took my card and actually paid for the order behind us in drive thur. Then they couldn't fill my order and see to be upset when I asked to reimburse me for paying the car behind me's
