I sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive, pleasant, and very attractive. This was my first experience at this location but she obviously has regulars because she knew everyone’s name and order. I’d drive out of my way to see her again.

My wife and I attend BWW maybe once or twice a year with friends. The food is usually consistently good. The service is uneven but usually when I have issues it is with the kitchen slow service despite the place not being crowded. The fried pickles are good and I like getting wings with a wet sauce so I haven't experienced any issues with dry wings that other reviewers have mentioned. I enjoy it when I go but its not a place I desire to go to unless I'm with a group and everything in town is closing at 9 PM.

The burgers were good but the traditional wings and boneless wings were terrible. Over cooked and very dry. The boneless wings were the worst as they tasted like they were freezer burnt. For a famous chicken chain it should be time to just stick with burgers. When the waiter asked if I needed a Togo box I told them I wouldnt feed this trash to a dog. Waiter seemed like he was used to bad comments about the food and didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. Would not recommend at all

I love Buffalo, and this one is pretty much easier to get a seat faster because isn't packed like the others. Great service as usual. I don't know if they were understaffed but the floor was really dirty.

Very disappointed with my waitress she just didn’t want to be there customers had to ask for service and refeels and she kept on her phone and didn’t pay attention to us or her customers! Normally she is fairly good but tonight she was really bad.we come there at least 3-4 times a week it’s like family with the employees! We love this place

If you want chicken from BWW, you're better off driving down the road to Walmart and buying some of the sauce and just cooking chicken at home. I can't tell you how many times I've left this place because of poor service or the food being horrible. The last time I went I was sat immediately and then forgotten about. There was a table of servers laughing and cutting up and not paying a bit of attention to their customers. After two more sets of people had come in, gotten drinks, and had their order taken, I figured I would go ahead and leave since I was invisible anyway.

We ordered 20 wings. When we got home (30 minutes away) they were soo overcooked and dry that we couldn't even eat them. Highly disappointed. Won't be going back. We tried Hoptown Pizza and Wings and the wings were phenomenal ?
