The service was fine. The food other than the slaw was fine. Normally we are fans of the slaw but this slaw just wasn't fresh.We were appauded at the interior of the building. How this building passes code is unbelievable. The wallpaper is literally hanging from the wall & is partly held up with tacks. The paint is peeling EVERYWHERE in the dining room. The horrific smell of sewer gases makes a trip to wash your hands almost unbearable. I just have a hard time understanding how the owners think this is an acceptable place to sit down & eat. I really wish there was a place on here to share a photo. Unbelievable.I saw a lot of cars come & go thru the drive thru. I suppose the locals know what the inside looks like. If the dining room looks this unkept, I can only imagine how clean the food pep area & kitchen are.

A lot has changed over the last few years. The battered fish is now like a battered fish stick. We tried the spicy battered combo and the fish n shrimp combo. We weren't overly impressed. The slaw seemed to be on its way to the trash. It was not as fresh as it once was. Thanks, Captain D's for many years of being a great seafood restaurant. The time has come to move on.

My baked potato was rotten, the catfish tasted ruined, coleslaw like it cameOut of Walmart containers and hush puppies sucked. The restaurant itself has a horrible odor. They need to put a door up leading to the restrooms right off the dining room. This is the worst meal I have ever eaten out!!!! Now I know why I never come here. Clearly, a waste of money. It was so bad it ruined my appetite. I took two bites of each and I had to stop and throw my plate away. Totally disgusting!!!!?

I don't think the food made me sick, but it took a long time to get a Togo order. Wallpaper and paint peeling off the walls in the dining room and I had to go back to get a forgotten item from my order. There is a Long John Silvers literally a block away I wished I had gone to instead.

Very slow. This place is always empty. Only two or three people on the clock but maybe one or two are actually doing anything. They never get the food right. Always take about 45 mins or longer to get service and fed. Poor customer service. Toilet was nasty,

pay attention to what you ask for and not to change twice for the same order I ordered online and paid then I called them to make sure they would get it right plus my wife went to pickup the other and she told them and they still got it wrong also charging again for the order that had already been paid for

I love their White Fish fried (it's Swai). It is always cooked to order so it's piping hot every time I order it. It tastes like catfish WITHOUT the fishy taste. The staff is friendly. I usually order to go, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness inside the restaurant.

I just want to compliment the ladies on day shift at this store. Hands down the best Captain Ds I’ve eaten at in a long time. The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. No soggy fish here. The restrooms and dining rooms are clean and the ladies running this shift are courteous and friendly.

I’ve sat in line since 11:20 it’s now 12:00 no apologies for taking so long no drink offer NOTHING then my food comes up and apparently it was wrong so she throws it back up in the window and it’s still sitting there Horrible Service period now she asked me to pull around and slammed the window on me after I said I’ve been waiting 40 minutes already
