The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they serve and the flavors they have. The shakes really do keep your full and are low calorie. They have energizing teas as well. This is a local army family and they are amazing. I'll continue to support their small business every time I come to town!
I love Downtown Nutrition! Today I had a thin mint Herbalife shake. It was out of this world and less than 200 calories. My tea was Bad and Bougee! Yum to both. Thank you Monique and Alyssa! 10 lbs down in 17 days!
