Walked in to order due to drive thru backed up. There were 3 workers. We stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes no one ever addressed us or asked if we need any help.All the workers never spoke or smiled.They need lessons from other Dunkin places.

Pre ordered almost $100 worth of donuts and coffee. Counter person acted as if we were out of line. For ordering so much. Didn't even start putting our order together until we came in and asked for it. We ordered the day before so it could be ready. 45 minutes it took to start brewing the coffee. Our workers had to start out to the project, so we were forced to waste 3 dozen donuts and a box of coffee. "ORDERED 2"Horrible experience all around. From now on we will be going elsewhere.

This Dunkin Doughnuts/Baskin-Robbins offers great ice cream and an amazing new drink, but there are some areas for improvement, such as atmosphere and service. It's understandable if the service is slow, with only two people running the whole shift. Overall, it's a place with potential, especially if they can address these small issues.

Absolutely disappointed in this location. Took forever to get order. Not only that half the stuff ordered they didn't have worse part is when the girl at the window went to tell us they didn't have the product she was the rudest hateful person possible. I mean come on guys keep this up and you're gonna loose business and cause this place to go under. Maybe time to think about a management turn over. And by all means a couple staff members. Over 15 mins for 1 iced coffee and a couple bagels.

2/27/24 10:30 am did a mobile order for 2 bagels an currio doughnut. 18 mins after pulling in got the doughnut in which was HARD and tasted like nothing but old oil. 25 mins later finally the two bagels . Very disappointed in this

Food is good, but CS is in question. While I ordered ahead on the App, the individual behind the counter was busy talking on the phone & filling another order. My order wasn't even looked at, until she finally turned around and saw me.

I came in when I approached the checkout/ order station tried twice. The associates just ignored me and stood back to talk amongst themselves. So I went elsewhere.
Breakfast wraps were way over priced for what they deliver. Kindergartner quality, was disappointing.Service excellent, clean store - no issues with anything except the food.

Everything we got was wrong. My niece's drink was wrong (they fixed it so no big deal). Both of our sandwiches were COLD. I ordered hot chocolate got black coffee. I don't drink coffee. Needless to say I probably won't be back.

They were literally out of every donut but cinnamon and out of all everything bagel seasoned item!!! The plain bagel was a good as a plain bagel can be I guess!!
