My lunch was truly a transformational experience. I was greeted warmly by Isaiah at the register. The crispy, golden-brown exterior of my chicken sandwich perfectly encased the succulent chicken, creating a symphony of textures with each bite. Listen ms. Shayla k held it down alone the food was delicious and even with the hiccup she fixed it immediately even though I said dont worry. She has a wonderful smile and the heart Hardee's need. She needs a promotion and pay raise. She is awesome. I hope the next load I have I see her with an assistant manager name tag. Thanks Shayla for dinner.
On a 10hr trip, just wanted something to eat as I gas up. This was at 10am on a Monday. Ordering was fine, the associate made sure not to give my food to another customer. Guess he thought his name was my name when she called it out. I sat down with hot food. I ordered the Frisco sandwich with ham. I opened up the sandwich and there was literally one slice of ham on it. Put together, you couldn't even see the ham. I got up and brought it to the counter. I said "Is this really all the ham I get on this sandwich? Look at the menu." She got defensive saying "I didn't make your sandwich." I said "I know, I'm not mad at you. Can you just please put more ham on the sandwich." She took it into the back and a moment later a guy walked back out with my sandwich. A good size portion of ham on it. It tasted fine, hoping he did not spit on it. Really wish I took a picture. Check your food people.

Good fast food in a clean space. This Hardee's is located in a Love's Travel stop just off the interstate -- a convenient stop on the road. The entire facility is clean and neat. Husband enjoyed the sausage gravy and biscuit. The country ham biscuit was wonderfully tasty. Coffee was very good. Wish we had a Hardee's close to home.
