“I have been here 4x now and I decided to leave a post because each time the food has been correct, appropriate amounts, and taste very good. I have tried tempura, noodles, hibachi, and many sushi rolls. The sushi always tastes fresh and the rice is cooked the appropriate amount. In my experience if it’s not fresh or the rice in over cooked the sushi is not as good. Service has always been good. I am leaving the review because I am glad that Hopkinsville has a Japanese restaurant and hope it stays that way!“
