The service is pretty bad especially the evening crew. I don’t know who manages this location but the whole team needs a lesson on customer service. You walk in they don’t even greet you they just glare and stare as if you are not welcome. Order is pretty much always wrong. Get it together folks.

Food is fabulous BUT I don't like that you must order online if you want to order ahead - you can't call it in anymore. Here is why that's a problem: Special instructions were completely ignored, brownies are not listed in the menu and never have been (even though they have them in store). Cannot leave a tip online and I have no idea if it counts toward my reward points (which are not offered online). Today when I picked up, most were nice but one girl rolled her eyes at me at least twice - to be fair it was lunchtime but still...

Okay so I'm a little confused because I ordered a regular BLT and the girl that was dressing my Sandwich ask me if I wanted the bacon. So I thought that the BLT came with bacon because that is the name of the Sandwich. Hence bacon lettuce and tomato Sandwich. So I heard her ask the woman in front of me the same question. I'm really confused at this point as to why if you ordered the BLT, would you ask me if I wanted the bacon because clearly I did since that's the sandwich that I ordered. Can someone please help me understand this?

Usually our favorite place to eat in town, however, the past 3 mobile orders have been wrong. It’s hard to spend $16 on a sandwich and get it home to be wrong. We are disappointed in their service recently.

Yum! I ordered 2 minis and they were so good, I wanted a medium cup for Pepsi and I got a large for free. The service was nice and in a good mood and just really fast and gave me a little compliment. The place was clean and good and the line was not long only took about 5 minutes. It was good and definitely consider coming back. A perfect 5/5
