RUDE GENERAL MANAGER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's really sad that you're spending your money that pays the employees and the staff is rude with poor Customer Service, especially the General Manager!She does not need to be a GM with her poor attitude and for failing to provide an Exceptional Customer Service experience. I'm sure this is not the first time she has been rude.On my last visit, my extra side of Macaroni was left out of my bag & of course I was charged for it. I didn't notice until I got home.On this visit around 7:30 pm on 4/9/24, I ordered a 3 piece and requested two legs and a thigh. The General Manager says they do not have two legs available and she could do one leg and two thighs.I advised that my preference would be two legs and a thigh and she said it would be a 25 minute wait. I said okay that's fine.Then she proceeds to say I can't place an order on chicken that's in the grease and that I would have to get out of line and wait for the chicken to get done and then place my order.It's about 5 cars behind me & she wanted me to get out of line and place my order when the chicken comes up. Why would I do that when you have all these cars behind me ordering chicken too?This was the worst experience with KFC with this incompetent GM! She's making rules up as she go.This is a chicken restaurant, why do they never have chicken ready and want to abstain you from waiting for what you would like? They were out of strawberry jelly. The Pepsi was horribly flat and again the GENERAL MANAGER IS RUDE!I do not recommend KFC in Hopkinsville, KY. Poor Customer Service!

I placed a mobile order to pick up when I arrived at the store 30 mins after placing the order it wasn't ready. I said to the lady I had placed an order so I could pick it up at a certain time and didn't have to wait 45 mins like like time. I will tell you that was the rudest hateful lady I have ever met. She has no name tag on so can't call her name out. But lady in her probably mid 50's short thin dark hair working the register / front count at 5pm on Tuesday December 12th 2023. This will be my last time coming to this location every time it's an extremely long wait even if you place a mobile order. The last two times I've came here I've done a mobile order for a later time giving about 30 mins to make order and both times a 30 min wait at min after I got to store. So an hour min for a family bucket nothing special.

Ordered thru door dash and was ordered as pick up but was supposed to be delivered. Door dash ppl were very incompetent and wouldn't fix the issue so the store manager personally delivered my food. Way to go kfc way to go above and beyond. You have shown me today some ppl still make sure they keep customers by taking care of them and go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy and will come back kfc hopkinsville you are my only place in go for my chicken.thank you again.
