Ever since they got more self check out machines there are barely any employees at the register usually one or two registers open. Then at self check out they will have maybe 6 out of the twelve machines open when there is a line for both self check out and regular check out. I don't know if they recently cut back on employees, and that's why there are only two registers open but it would be great if they wouldn't turn into walmart and completely abandon customer service/the register...read full review
I always have a wonderful experience at this Kroger. The associates are so friendly and helpful! Gloria at the self check out is a jewel! Always smiling and happy to help you with your items. Sometimes I forget something and have to run back and get it. She is helpful!! Most of the sale items are available which is great!!! I will always shop at Kroger over Walmart.

This isn't my normal type of review. But I've finally had it with this store. We've been coming to this Kroger since 2006. It's this area's "best" option, but that isn't going to cut it anymore.Many of the regular full time employees have gone. There are still a couple, but most have moved on. That's the reason we kept patronizing this store in the first place.They also used to have a lot of options and fresh items. This is true less and less often now.
