I am extremely disappointed with my flat bread. Only sauce on one side, cheese in the middle, and used the Drizzle sauce to cover that one huge piece only had a small corner with toppings. It looks very unappealing. Since I got it in the drivethru while traveling for work, I can't even take it back into the store to get fixed. ? not happy. 2 stars because the drive thru attendant was nice and there were croutons and spoons with my soup this time.

I love the food from Panera, but my order is 9/10 times wrong. I’ve called and they always offer a free sandwich. When I’m paying $28 for a meal it should be right more often than not.The clarify all I change on my order is the type of bread. I get ciabatta instead of the rustic white. This is not something that should cause an issue.

I go there because I’ve been craving panera for a week and the workers are more concerned about talking with eachother than listening to their customers. I repeated myself multiple times to make sure my food was right. I get home and it isn’t right. They didn’t put the right bread on my sandwhich after I told them multiple times. Now I have a sandwhich going to waste cause I only eat two times of bread every now again due to an allergy, well done panera, ruined my day.
Hey Panera! Ask if I want an apple or chips, why do I want bread with my bread with a Pick Two. And $19 for this , insane! I literally hate myself for going there because I knew better!

Panera bread always has good food. by far the cleanest restaurant in Hopkinsville. I also like the fact that the kitchen is open and you can watch them prepare your food if you wish to do so. but they are a little pricey.
