Straight trash. I waited for my food for 20 minutes in the drive thru and the order was wrong, and no sauce and when I told the person that brought out my food she said I can go back through the drive thru, instead of fixing what was wrong. Every experience is awful here

My wife and I have both loved Popeyes for years. So we were excited when they built a Popeyes in Hopkinsville. Unfortunately, we continue to get disappointed despite giving them multiple chances. There have been a couple of occasions where they did not initially give us food that we paid for. Another time we happily waited for fresh chi only to get cold fries. Most recently, my wife wanted a fish sandwich from there and they gave us a spicy fish sandwich when I asked for the regular fish sandwich.

My food today was GREAT! The tenders were on point. My macaroni was delicious and the strawberry biscuits are THUNDER ⚡!!!! 5 stars Hopkinsville
I went into the store today for my first time! I asked what I should eat, as a first timer, how hot was the spicy chicken, and what did it taste like. Well the manager came over to join the laughter and giggles, gave me a “wing sample” and laughed at the way I ate that hot wing! I know I looked funny, eating the hot wing, but it was spicy and heat hot! I wiggled a little bit, and then I gave them my opinion, hot and delicious! But I didn’t want to order anything that hot, so they gave me some chicken tenders, fries, a biscuit, and a little dessert! They were so sweet and kind, would not take my money, and finally gave me a hug! Best experience in a Hopkinsville restaurant ever by this boy and I have eaten in most! Thank You Popeyes for a special treat and Manager Ms. Yevette!

It is the rudeness from the managers for me a big light skinned one she is so rude every time I come through the drive-thru and loud have no respect at all then you tell her you missing something and she gets smart roll her eyes I don't know why she's in drive-thru
