I love smoothie king, 1st time coming to the Hopkinsville, KY store. They were out of everything by 4pm? They close at 9pm. And barely any employees, waiting for my drink over 10 mins, when I was the only one in line. Probably not coming back to this site ever.
All the employees do is go outside and skate board ride around with their boyfriends hand out free smoothies

I have had some issues there. First off, I came by last week and the week prior a few times around 730 am and waited at the sign to order in the drive thru. Sat there for 5 minutes and no one answered. So I called to make sure they were open, no answer. 2 times week before last, and 2 times last week. This morning I thought I’d try again and as I was pulling in, someone else was driving off. I’m assuming that no one answered them as well. I did get to order and the lady who was there was rude rude rude and not only rude but she was filthy also. She had on a dirty hoodie on and grey sweat pants. When I mentioned that someone had driven off, she completely ignored me, so I said it again and again, ignored. I appreciate your employees being there so early, at least they are supposed to be anyway, but smoothies are expensive and I don’t think it’s to much to ask for the store to be open when it’s supposed to be and the staff be friendly and kind, instead of rude and filthy. Thanks ?

Awful! They had no customers, employees unprofessional and messy. Order was incorrect.

Service great. It has been a few years since I've visited. The young man that waited in us was friendly and attentive. Due to COVID-19, the dining room was closed. You can order online but we used the drive-through. The quality of the smoothies was good. I cannot remember what we ordered, then again, I've never ordered the same thing twice. Great variety.
