If you go inside you must use the kiosk even if your the only person in there... dont order via mobile if u wanna use the drive thru you have to go indide.. good luck getting service !

Its hard to mess up a taco, they were fine.I was the only customer at the time, none in the drive through. The guy working the front straight up told me they don't take orders at the register, only the kiosk.Then proceeded to take someone's order who was obviously a friend, plus gave them free stuff.Drive-thru is fine. Lobby is trash.

Last several visits, food has been cold and just thrown everywhere in the package when wrapped and bagged.
Me and my husbands only transportation is our bicycles and we done our online order paid for it. Andgot there went through drive through and they refused to give us our food said they could only serve us kf we was in a vehicle I said it already paid for. She again refused me and told me to go BK on line and ask for a refund wow I never got my food nor my back .. they suck

I was majorly impressed with the quality of the food and the prompt service through the drive thru. I even had one item made slightly wrong and they replaced it gladly. This was an awesome Taco Bell visit. I highly recommend this store for lunch or dinner.
