I went to waffle House the other day and nevermind that there was a shooting at the nasty motel behind it. The waitresses were toxic. An older lady skipped over a black couple and took someone else's order. She came by again to tell the couple next to me that she hadn't forgotten them but we clearly saw that she did. I looked at the guy and he said, "man she's slow". She overheard our conversation and instead of going about her business or taking care of his order. She said excuse me and eventually told him to sit at another table so someone else could take his order. So the couple complied. Then another coworker started to take their order finally and continued the whole ordeal by chewing the guy out and even running the couple out of the door by screaming and cussing at them. It was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I know it's a waffle House. But that exchange made everyone trying to eat uncomfortable.

Went in at 6am on Saturday and they wouldn’t serve me saying the only go to go orders until 7am. You’re a BREAKFAST restaurant. Stupid policy gets you bad reviews.
Great hometown feel, sat next to regulars that knew the staff and everyone was very friendly. Seemed they worked very well as a team serving the customers. We will be back when in the area, thanks for the wonderful breakfast.

There was a curly black hair in my hash browns. There was food already on my fork when the waitress brought it to the table and when I showed her, she angrily brought me plasticware. Everything was dirty and disgusting. The server was angry that I tried to have clean silverware and uncontaminated food.
