We go to this Skyline once a week. Lately the 3 ways are not the same. The regular 3 way has been much smaller. Hardly any cheese. Looks more like a child's portion. The chili is COLD. You need to bump up your steamer to get the chili hot. Its not even room temperature. Please make these changes. We use to really enjoy Skyline but not so much lately.

I really enjoy going to this Skyline. I am always greeted when we enter the door and all the servers are friendly. We are quickly served, and the food is brought to the table promptly and accurately. You can hear how everyone in the store gets along, which makes for a good environment.

I absolutely love Skyline in Independence I go every day and I need to say Dana, Jordan, Bailey and Logan are keepers. They are the best servers ever …. and Matt, the new manager he is amazing. Makes you feel like family, and he is absolutely a keeper.

I love skyline. You know what I don't love? Onions. We ordered 4 cheese coneys NO onion, and we got 5, with a massive amount of onions. I've seen skyline put onions on things before, this is the most I've ever seen. I've had my order messed up from this place like 10 times and I'm seriously getting tired of it. We called and told them what happened, came back up, and they remade our entire order for free, AND gave us a $20 gift card. after eating the correct order, I'm not as mad. Skylines so good but damn. also I could taste the onion in my new correct order, the kids who work there don't think we can taste when they don't switch gloves but we can. It's very obvious they handled onions before making my order.

Another 5* Skyline visit. I live out of the area, so coming to Skyline is a must when I visit. This one is near family so convenient. Same great service and meal. I love the 3way and always get it "juicy." So good. I also had a cheese coney. I enjoy "sopping" up the juice from the 3way with the coney bread as I eat it. Good service. Always efficient. Give them a try!
Great experience here. I brought my parents, aunt and uncle for dinner. The server was friendly and swift, bringing food and refills quickly. Half of us had special orders (yep, no mustard or onions on my coneys please!), and everything came out correct and fresh. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I have been going to the skyline at least a couple times a month for almost two years now. I always have hot food, a correct order, and fast and friendly service whether dine in or drive thru. My only complaint is they don't have a big enough 3 way on the menu to satisfy my skyline cravings lol.

I love skyline and there’s usually not a problem but I think there’s some new girls on drive thru bc the past 3 times they’ve given me the wrong thing even after repeating it back to me ? I orders 3 chilitos with noodles ans sour cream and I got one coney ? The second time I ordered #3 with a tea and cheese cake and I got three chilitos and no cheeese cake , and the third time they just didn’t put the noodles or sour cream in, it’s just frustrating when they don’t seem to listen but can talk to their coworkers at the window
