Although Don was left alone with no server, it was him by himself, he did an amazing job. He kept his customers apprised of the situation and made sure to keep a calm demeanor while engaging frustrated customers. The manager who runs this store should be ashamed for not helping him out. He is an amazing guy and needs to be promoted to management himself. Someone give this guy a chance! The district manager should be proud of him!

Was 45 minutes early for work today, figured I would sit down and get breakfast. Since breakfast only takes about 10 minutes to make. 6 people inside the restaurant. sat for 40 minutes waiting for my food, finally asked the waitress to make mine to go since I had to be at work in 8 minutes, she hooked me up, but my over easy eggs were not cooked all the way,My hashbrowns were way over done on one side and soggy on the other. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's where the food isn't actually food anymore so I can gey my food in a reasonable time and not have to throw my eggs away for fear of salmonella.

Went in for brunch at 10:45 AM 3/23/2024. All the seats were occupied and there were a two men waiting for a table besides my friend and myself. A group of three men walked in 10 minutes after I had. Two tables became available and the group in front of me and behind me were seated and no employee recognized or acknowledged we had been patiently waiting. Left and went to Cracker Barrel nearby and had a great experience without the grease to never return to that location. Negative stars should be awarded instead of ones.
