Its a shame it only takes one bad meal to ruin the restaurant to me. I ordered a sandwich grilled chicken for carry out.she ran it through the oven closed the sandwich tossed fries and pickles (lots of pickles) in it and had it waiting for me. I asked if it should come with the veggies (Lettuce and tomato) and honey mustard, she had no idea what was supposed to come on the sandwich. why ??? why is she making them if she doesn't know what goes on it.I gave them a chance to get it right.... in the end the sandwich had pinch of old soggy limp lettuce no sauce few pieces of chicken. There was more bacon bits than chicken and why bacon bits and not slices. one meal ruined Craft House for me. I wont trust my food in their hands again. Very disappointing.

Ordered pizza by phone and picked up at drive thru window. Employees very friendly and one of the best pizzas I've ever had! We've ordered strombolis and pasta before and everything is great! We are repeat customers and we'll be back!

Very fun and happy atmosphere here with a lot of helpful and very nice employees and the most amazing food IN TOWN!Vegetarian options: They have a lot of options here that are enjoyableDietary restrictions: They go more for people who aren't lactose intolerant but there's a few options for that restriction as wellParking: All front of building shared with other businessesKid-friendliness: Definitely a fun and friendly atmosphere for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yes two different ones for wheelchairs to get to the building
The food and service is great. The food has great robust flavor far as the pizza and pasta dinners. The Alfredo sauce enrich flavor and taste. You can't be the service even your dining or carry outs the hospitality is great they make sure order is right and always checking on you seeing if you need anything else. The GM and the other Managers do follow ups on the servers and checks with you to make sure you're well taken care of.
Save your time and drive to Shelbyville for the real Hometown Pizza. I give up on this location and changed franchise. I ordered a Craft House special plus paid extra for bacon on my pizza. However, when I got home found no bacon with very little toppings. Pizza has nothing but too much sauce. Tastes more like I got pasta sauce than a pizza. Too many bad experiences from carry out to dine-in. Just not worth it!

Pizza was good. The meatballs with bread were great and a super large portion. The salad was also very good. I liked the crunchy potato strips and we got the homemade balsamic. Our waitress made us feel at home. The restaurant was clean and sort of what you would expect in a strip mall.

This place was great. We are not locals and needed a place to get dinner and hangout for an hour or so. We were seated instantly and got our order quickly. The salad and Craft House Special pizza were perfect. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm in town.
