Ordered on app. Order not ready when we got there. 1 employee, had to wait. No personal pizza or churros. No cookies. Bread on sandwich was hard ( not toasted). Meatballs dry, sauceless and burnt. Couldn't refund items not available so asked for a ham sub extra meat. Only a thin layer of meat. Not the first time this location was out of stock on items, but will be my last time ordering here.

This store location never puts fresh lettuce on my subs and they are always out of tomato's, when the Walmart location in the same town always has them. Terrible management, use fresh ingredients please. And when I call you to get my order fixed nobody answers the phone. Useless. They never read instructions on the subs. But Walmart location doesn't take the BOGO deals. Apps are a rip off.

Expect a looooong wait for the most basic of sandwiches. There were no other customers in the store. Just making the 2 sandwiches in my order took almost 40 minutes. I should have spoken up but didn't know what to say. Hurry up!? Can I go behind the counter and make my own sandwiches? There were 2 employees- one who channeled his inner sloth and made the food and one who wandered around stocking chips. Anyway, don't expect online orders to be ready by the time on the app.

They were having an employee meeting while my food was being made and the lady seemed more interested in what was being said in that meeting than what I was ordering. I had to keep repeating what I wanted while she stared over at the group of other workers.

Everyone who works there has always been friendly, but there’s always only one person working during the dinner rush so I have to wait forever. Management needs to schedule more help.

The place is disgusting and the employees are hateful! They never listen when you tell them the order, they don't wear anything on their hair, they drop the knife and touch your food with it, they don't wash their hands after smoking, it's terrible service!!!!!

The morning shift worker was all alone for three days, when he did get help the manager or whoever came in and said she told him not to use more than the 3 knives he had in a holder, the lobby was gross looking and he ran out of 2 different toppings and 3 meats, on top of that he has 4 online orders and a lobby full of

I’ve been to this subway multiple times and two women this last time i went were so petty towards me because i had asked for extra buffalo sauce very unprofessional they were making faces at each other laughing and ended up not even toasting my sandwich i hadn’t realized until i left and felt how cold it

Use to be the Best But I will NEVER go back!! It's nasty the one girl was handling money and touching stuff and didn't change her gloves and I told her please don't touch my food with those nasty gloves. Plus the lettuce was brown and the bread was hard.
