Honestly, you can find better drinks and better service at other bars in town. Stopped by with my fiance and ordered two drinks, just to have the bartender give us attitude. I understand that prices are high everywhere, but the drinks are not worth the price, especially if you're getting a shot or a beer. If you enjoy a 'hipster' spot, this place is it.

Neighborhood bar showcasing local talent. The drinks are strong! Smoking isn't allowed in the bar but their is a smoking patio. I didn't have food. There's a $10 cover when the bands are in the building.

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR!!!! First of all they have no food so that's a false advertisement second the owner himself is the only one that's bartending and he is the most hateful individual ever in this town! He's very ungrateful and full of accusations that make no since!! Not to mention the bathrooms are never clean!!! I pulled the address up online to confirm that the address was correct (we all know how Google is) and he flew off the handle! I was wanting to get a few friends from out of town to come down but when he snapped I left!! Do not go here!! The worst possible service ever!

They attract a lot of good bands. However, one of their bartenders should be fired. I was invited to see a friend’s and and was buying beer one at a time without tipping with the intention of tipping at the end of the night. However, on my 3rd beer after 90 minutes, he said I was cut off and just gave me the dirtiest look. I’ve never been cut off in my entire life. I was just about to buy shots for my friends too, but we all decided to go somewhere with better service.I’ve heard other similar experiences too, so there’s really no way myself or anyone I know is coming back, including some bands. I’ve been there dozens of times over the years, but it’s never impressed me. The only cool thing about the place now is that you can leave and go to a better bar across the street where you can drink while playing video games.If you go there for a show, know the bartenders across the street will treat you kindly with respect. See your show at Al’s but do all your drinking elsewhere.They don’t have food. The bathrooms are dirty. The employees are awful.
