My friends and I went to get ice cream one night recently. We were waiting in the parking lot for our friend to arrive for about 30 minutes. We then walked up to the walk-up window and all ordered ice cream and then took it back to our car since it was below 40 degrees outside and there is no indoor seating area. After talking in our car for about an hour and a half while eating our ice cream, a cop pulled up next to us and said that we were reported for having been there for 4 hours. We were not even there for 2 hours and we had purchased something from the establishment. There was not a single sign that said there was a time limit, and we were not doing anything suspicious. I, along with my friends felt incredibly disrespected and were upset since we frequent this Andys and have never had a problem sitting in our cars. I will not be visiting Andy's again and do not recommend it if you want to eat the ice cream in your car.

Good ice cream selection, different options for toppings. Drive through was really long even while it was snowing! So definitely a place to try out. I got the one with strawberries and chocolate, really good, fairly priced too!

Thoroughly enjoyed both times I have attended. I purchased the pineapple sundae each time because it reminds me of going to DQ when I was little with my late grandmother. Very thankful for Andy's giving me that comfort.

This is our 2nd icecream go to in Lexington! Our little Miss Gaspy loves a 2 scoop vanilla cake cone. She says they are DOG-ON GOOD!

Most of the time I always received the wrong order. What I ordered is looking different from what I usually get. I ordered double malts with vanilla and add oreo but what got is chocolate custard with chocolate syrup instead.
I am obsessed!!! I was in Lexington for a business and had the pleasure of trying this place for a few times and loved it so much each time. I ordered take out and I am not sure if they have seating space inside. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and assisted me in deciding what to order each time. Highly recommend their s'mores flavor!My only minor complaint would be that the custard was less frozen and sometimes melted but still the taste was SO amazing! P. S. Definitely one of my dessert choices to have before I die!

Best ice cream in Lexington! This place has soo many options, but I LOVE the BootDaddy (vanilla custard with Oreo, caramel sauce, and fudge). The service is always quick, and the staff is very professional. They have an easy-to-access drive thru and walk-up window for ordering. The prices are reasonable for the quality and amount you get. Will always recommend!
