I don't care how good the pretzels are if the staff is rude and lack customer service I will rate a business 1 star for the entire experience. No one wants to eat or spend their money somewhere with unprofessional staff. If you don't want to make pretzels at someone's request find a new job.

My pretzel was cold, hard and overcooked. I didn't even eat it all I threw it away.
tried to redeem a coupon that expired 12/1/23 today and they're not allowed to accept them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ guess I'll never be ordering from here again

Not sure what’s happened with this pretzel spot. Auntie Anne’s in the Fayette Mall used to be consistently, good, pretzels. Now, you can get a pretzel half the size of what they used to be, for more money than the pretzel spot over by the Food Court. Just across the mall, the pretzels are twice the size, hot n’ fresh, and a little cheaper. We will not be going back to Auntie Anne’s.

I work at the mall and go to auntie anne’s quit frequently, the past couple of times they have been doughy in the middle and not cooked. today i went and got the mini dogs and it was complete dough, i walked them back up there, and they claimed they wouldn’t give my money back and that they couldn’t, they could only remake them. if this continues to be a problem i’m not sure why i would want them to be remade. i don’t want to continue to eat dough. along with that i spent $15 and didn’t get a dime back when i received pretzels that were not done.
