Tricia is fantastic! A friend got me these for my birthday and I loved them so much that I bought more for my sister in law’s birthday. Tricia has so many different flavors, she’s easy to communicate with, and she had the order all set to go when I arrived. She also has vegan and gluten free items if you have dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Some items are vegan and/or gluten free. They can also work with other dietary restrictions if you give them advance notice!

I live out of state but needed to order some gluten free and vegan cupcakes and a cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday (she lives in Lexington). Tricia was so kind and easy to work with and made the ordering process so simple. I had never tried any of the items at Baby Cakes so I knew I was taking a risk ordering without ever trying them, but I trusted all the google reviews. I was so blown away by how amazing everything tasted! Tricia was so warm and friendly when I came to pick everything up and she had decorated everything exactly as I had asked My daughter and her party guests devoured everything and we got so many compliments. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Baby Cakes. Definitely the best cupcakes I have ever had, and you would never know they were gluten free and vegan. I would definitely recommend Baby Cakes for any occasion but especially if you need something for someone with dietary restrictions. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

New to the state and wanted some treats for my birthday. My husband had placed an order a few days back and I picked up some cupcakes today of various distinct, fun flavors, and was greeted by an incredibly kind and warm individual when picking up my cupcakes! The cupcakes were honestly so tasty, and the flavors were amazing. The presentation was good too! The classic vanilla was definitely my favorite. I also loved how we were able to choose from a variety of flavors. My husband and I ate all 6 in the span of 3 hours because of how yummy they were. Highly recommend babycakes! We'll definitely be back :)

Great communication & my order was ready. I drove to Lexington from Danville to pick these up. I can't recommend her enough!!!! Yay!!!

My sister in law is severely allergic to dairy products and I wanted to be able to get her a birthday cake/cupcakes and found BabyCakes in Lexington. I ordered a dozen of the vegan cupcakes and everything about this experience was perfect! The cupcakes were delivered to me and they were absolutely delicious. My nieces were none the wiser and had no idea they were vegan! The strawberry was out of this world and the icing perfect! I Can’t recommend BabyCakes enough! I got married this weekend and she did our cupcakes! They were so good and everyone had wonderful things to say about them. I really appreciated the whole process. We got a free tasting box with flavors we were thinking about and she was very communicative the whole way through. Everything she makes is delicious, but the customer service puts it over the top!
My favorite cupcake place. The cake is heavy and moist like a muffin. The icing is not 2 inches tall like other places, it is a n appropriate ratio of icing to cake and the cake is good so it doesn’t need to be hidden behind a mound of flavored sugar. I will always get my event cupcakes from here!

My daughter wanted unicorn, rainbow, girly cupcakes and that’s exactly what she got! Perfection all the way down to the tiny details. Unicorn ears and horns ? all edible and nut free. Perfect for an event or for dropping off at your child’s school ❤️

I have had custom orders with Babycakes twice now. The first was a few years ago. I ordered 200 mini doggie cupcakes for an event benefitting LHS. She donated half the order and even decorated the little cupcakes! They were a huge hit! The second was last week. I have an elderly dog who is now in partial remission from hystiocyctic sarcoma. Knowing this could very well be her last birthday, I got her a birthday cake. Tricia was so kind about the whole experience and made a beautiful and delicious (yes I tried a piece) cake for my bestest girl. My grandma, who lives in Cincinnati, also orders us cupcakes (for humans) every Valentine's Day from BabyCakes and always raves about how kind Tricia is and how much she enjoys talking to her. Not only are the cakes amazing, but Tricia is such a good person!
