By far the worst and the LAST time I will ever eat at Big Shi*** pizza. We waited 2 hours for 1 pizza to be delivered. We called at the hour and a half mark for an update on delivery and they said delivery person was on the way. 30 minutes pass and called once again and they say the same thing. (WE LIVE A MILE AWAY)The 3rd time calling I was transferred to a manager (probably one of the rudest people I spoken to) she answered the phone with a degrading tone and starting laughing. The only thing funny is your businessPlease spare yourself the money and time cause it’ll just be wasted here.

We were super excited to try this place for the first time. We were severely let down. Our 2 personal pan pizzas with water were $42 which is crazy!! The restaurant was absolutely filthy and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years with food everywhere I was grossed out to even sit at our table …. And then we finally got our pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. Both were falling apart sitting in pools of grease. They were so greasy we couldn’t even pick a piece up without it completely falling apart. We were so grossed out we couldn’t eat it and left. Definitely our least favorite pizza place in ky.

Used to come here somewhat frequently. However the very long wait times for food and noisy basketball game that kids climb onto, retrieve the basketballs, and play for free making tons of noise just make this an unpleasant dining experience. Will not be back as this has been experience the last 3 times I’ve come over a span of 6 months. Mod is a better option nearby.

I placed my order & the confirmation pick up time was for 735. I go in at 740, to be first told it'd be ready in 25-30 minutes. I was a little shocked but thought "it was a Saturday" The cashier then double checked and came back to say "it's in the oven, it'll only be 10 minutes". I paid my total & returned after 755. At which point im informed it will be another 25 minutes because it wasn't in the oven yet. When I asked "what happened ?" I was told "I don't know, we haven't gotten any orders since yours." I tell him to just "cancel my order and please refund my money." At which time I had to remind him twice it was cash.
