Burger was made fresh but my wait was less than expected. Honestly it set me back about what a burger from Wendy's would cost but it was on a different level. If you like real fries, get the combo. These were very good. I will be back every time I'm in this part of town now and I'm very happy I stopped here. Burger looks cool too, the bun is branded with their logo. This is fast food so don't expect a gourmet burger, it's not a ground ribeye burger from a fancy steakhouse. But as far as fast food burgers go, this is top tier.

For the most part, our food was good… the fries a little too crunchy, about 1/4 of them uneaten due to that.One issue is that we got there just a few minutes after open, but somehow most of the tables were dirty and there weren’t any paper towels in the men’s room.Our main issue was that they had up a sign on the menu that said it was $3 to make it a meal. However, when we got our receipt, it was $5.99. When we asked about it, they said that was the drive thru price. That doesn’t make sense to have two different prices for dine in and drive thru, but even then, that sign should not be up on the dine in menu if it only applies to drive thru. That’s ridiculous.

I don't like leaving poor reviews but I was there first customer after opening. The menu board was not turned on. The coke machines were filthy and had few choices available. I had to hunt for napkins as the dispensers at almost all the tables were empty. I went to the counter to let them know,was mostly ignored, then was told there is a shortage of napkins....really. Then, I had to remind them to make my milk shake that I had ordered. I have been to Burgerfi's in FL but I will not be visiting the Lexington Hamburg store ever again.

Stopped here for lunch while on the area. This is essentially a premium fast food place. Burgers were very good and I thought the fries were exceptional. Outdoor and inside seating available with a self serve soda machine typical for a fast food place. Good pick if you are wanting something a little nicer than McDonald’s.

The first time we tried BurgerFi was in Tampa and it was so amazing we’ve measured every burger since against them. Today we stopped at Lexington BurgerFi and we will not ever stop here again. The food and service were not even close to the same and half the drink buttons on the machine were not available. There was also standing water on the floor in several spots.Vegetarian options: Vegan burgers

Arrived @ 2pm. Big puddle at order line , no wet floor sign. Was told its been issue, yet no sign there. Store was not busyn, 3 other customers. Majority of tables were dirty. Condiment and drink station was filthy. Tea spilled all over it , well nearly dried to sticky film. Ketchup packets sticking together. First time s trying this place and last time.

Food was excellent and well worth the drive. Service was good and friendly. My wife and I had the beyond burger. My sister in law had the regular burger and we ordered large fries for the group. Fully enjoyed the dinner. Wish they were closer to me but when in the area we go here. I would recommend to anyone.

When we drove up we were the only ones there. We ordered our food, our burgers were hot but the buns were cold - like they were just taking out of the fridge. Our fries were cold as well. There was a gentlemen making food with no gloves and he was wiping his hands on his pants - we were told he was making food for himself. I was just not impressed with our experience.. this was our first visit.

They also didn't give me the sauce I paid extra for and delivery to my work location 0.4 miles away was $8 so my friend had to leave work and go pick up (which took apparently 20 minutes despite it being completely empty at the time). I will never eat here again.
Ordered chicken fingers, a burger, hot dog and a grilled cheese and fries with each. I am not exaggerating when I say every single thing we ordered came out burnt and terrible after 30 minutes of waiting for our food. The hot dog had such a thick burnt layer on it that my son couldn't bite it off. The fries were burnt and stuck together like a terrible glob. Absolutely avoid this place.

Got home with my 15 month old and her meal was missing. Called and told them and all they could say was sorry, didn’t offer a refund or to take my name down for a replacement until I had to ask what we could do about it. Too expensive to be completely leaving items out, which after seeing reviews seems to be a common theme.

Really good burgers. Employees were really nice!. I thought it was abandoned because trees and grass make it look as such. Some lawn care will help!. Lol
