Went for the chicken Gizzards and they were great just came out the fryer hot and crispy wedges were good and biscuits were good also will be back !

THIS IS NOT CHESTERS CHICKEN:::They had chicken sandwiches under a warmer that are a day old and the warmer isn't even warm. All their food is ridiculously priced. Bread was stale and hard as a rock and chicken was nasty and cold. Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and only thing clean was behind counter where employees stand. Trash cans are all over flowing with trash. Where's the health department when you need them.

Star saved the day . This manager with her wonderful cheery attitude was welcoming and helpful ! She showed me a new product --chicken bites , and served me a very good meal of chicken and the beans that I like. Her personality and helpfulness make a big difference.

The chicken was good as usual. The service last time was good. The beans were not avilable but that varies due to ehether the equipment is working or not that day. Overall I like thier chicken and the beans when I can get them. Service lately has been decent. Their coooker working is variable.

As my Grandmother used to say, : You just don't get it Sweetie, do you ?! " . Well they don't! New management. They open at 9am and they won't have their first batch of beans ready till 10:30 am ! Why not ? You ask . Their fryer I s on the blink. Wow ! What a great excuse. Don't try that where I work or you'll get your a** in a jam ! Oh but the chicken was very good and Iiked their new fried corn. The staff was nice and helpful as could be anticipated under the circumstances.I don't think that they can blame it on nature spirits in the cooker.
