CFA is a great place for our family with kid friendly healthy options, but lately, our experience at this location hasn't been great. Bad tasting tea (last 5 times) and food that hasn't come out hot. Also, frequently missing sauces in our carry out orders.
Beyond dirty restrooms with no toilet paper . It is not that hard to clean especially if it your brand reputation

Any bad reviews of this particular Chick-fil-A are probably extremely race based. While I can't say that this location is exactly the same very white washed typical Chick-fil-A you get elsewhere in the South, it is the same friendliness as any person from this side of town would expect from an EXTREMELY friendly and wholesome experience as one expects at a Chick-fil-A. I applaud the company(franchise) for opening a Northside location. It has turned me in back into a Chick-fil-A fan once more ?

The service sucks at this location compared to the others. Slow service, no sense of urgency or even acknowledgment for guest on the inside. Manager walks around drinking lemonade. I gave 2 stars because of the food but even that isn’t the same as the other locations, lukewarm half the time. I’d rather drive across town for better service & hot food.

Worst chick fil a in Lexington. Obviously. All I can say is poor management/ ownership. I would just go to the Richmond rd or Hamburg location.
