“Chick fil A is efficient and has a pleasant service. The food is tasty...price is acceptable compared to other similar restaurants. My issue is their App...too confusing to this old man, not easy to use, & limits your take out points. I tried for minutes to open the App at a UK Wildcats Basketball game...could not/just buffered. I did not get their advertised promotion (this has happened twice).“

“Any bad reviews of this particular Chick-fil-A are probably extremely race based. While I can't say that this location is exactly the same very white washed typical Chick-fil-A you get elsewhere in the South, it is the same friendliness as any person from this side of town would expect from an EXTREMELY friendly and wholesome experience as one expects at a Chick-fil-A. I applaud the company(franchise) for opening a Northside location. It has turned me in back into a Chick-fil-A fan once more ?“
“As a first timer if you can imagine that, I do consider myself a food critic so my first thought was man it was crowed with ppl so it must be good ! The Casher was a pleasure and I wish I’d gotten her name, but n-e-ways My husband had the strips, my daughter had the wrap and I had the spicy chicken deluxe each of us were pleased and will be going back especially those waffle fries yum!! “Staff and management was great. They handled the Nicholasville road mistakes without us expecting anything from them. Would definitely prefer going to this location again. Actually, I don’t care to ever go to the other location again. Mistakes happen but it was how I was talked to that really bothered me.“
“Food is always great. However this is the second visit in a row that they forgot to bring utensils with the food and left one thing off. Will still comeback because you can't best their chicken sandwiches amd milk shakes. Could use large diameter straws with their thick milk shakes.“

“this chick-fil-a is really just for college students on campus. it’s wayyyy better than the chickfila in the student center! the chicken is crisipier, and depending on the time you get there, the fries are usually hot. staff is super nice too, and even though it’s sometimes slow, you’re usually guaranteed a good and fresh meal.“
“Had the best laugh ever ! When my sister ordered and they asked her name for it she said "Becky" and well when the food arrived her name was " PACKIE" ???? FREAKIN ? ? At least mine was more close but in their defense most people spell "Juls' like "Jules" but the "Packie" was the best ??“
