Great food, but doesn’t care at all about delivery drivers using the 2 disabled parking spots. I went there today and didn’t even order my food before I noticed two delivery drivers using the disabled spots. First one I did check to make sure, and no disabled plate or hanger for the mirror.

Stopped by Chipotle on Richmond Rd in Lexington for 1st time late afternoon. Not busy during our visit. My husband and I ordered Burrito Bowls and 2 soft drinks. $36.00!! My jaw abt dropped $36 for 2 bowls. We felt so ripped off. The steak in my bowl had 3 big chunks of fat. NO THANK YOU!!! Place looked disorderly and unkempt. Will we be dining here again?? NO!

The first young man was very helpful since we hadn't been here before.There was no one behind us, but the second young man came over and pushed us through.I didn't get what I was trying to get for my WW diet.It was cool in there, too.Not the most pleasant first time to eat at Chipotle.

Staff not as friendly and hardly listens to their customers while in line! They rush through bowls just to get it over with and then end up charging you for more because they didn’t listen to what your order was! Try a different chipotle.
This location is also as messy as the Leetown Rd location. They don't clean up after the customer's order is finished.

Open for dine-in, online pickup shelf if you order ahead. Great tasting food, but unfortunately subject to outages due to fresh ingredients, check ahead if you go.Vegetarian options: Lettuce, beans, rice, tomatoes, even a meat substitute for main entree available, and it tastes good.
I ordered food in the morning and couldn’t pick it up because of some issue I had. I came four hours later to pick it up it was cold and I plead to get a new order. The mean manager says no and now I have a spoiled food. Was very sad and
