I do not dine out often. Tried this place for a late lunch with friends. The food was very good. Perhaps a little bland for "authentic mexican". But I personally prefer it that way. Service was attentive. Did not try a margarita. I recommend the establishment.

After enjoying this restaurant for years since first opening, I don't think ill be coming back to dine here. My family came in last week for a birthday like we always do. This time though I noticed that a mandatory 18% tip was added to my bill, and said on my receipt that its added to a table of 6-8 people. However, our table had 4 people. Typically I do leave a 20% tip, but the restaurant adding a mandatory 18% for our table was excessive. I regret to say I will no longer patronize this establishment. Nor will I be recommending it as I have always done in the past. I don't mind the option to leave a tip, but will not go to a place where it's automatically applied to the bill.

Went to Cinco de Mayo for lunch today with a colleague and the food and service were excellent! Had the Boom Boom Enchiladas and highly recommend! Just the right amount of spiciness for me. Salsa was thick and had a little kick to it just the way I like it! Will definitely return!

Absolutely cannot be more grateful for these people and this place. Had a situation with GrubHub and I sent in an order for pickup not delivery. I got to the restaurant and my food wasn't there. Turns out a 'doordasher' took my food which confused me because I ordered through GrubHub. Anyways, even though they were about to close they offered to remake my food. I could not thank them enough if I tried. It was my sister's birthday and they absolutely saved the night with their nice gesture of this rather unusual situation. 10/10 recommend. Also the food was beautiful and tasted amazing! Thank you guys again!

Food was mediocre and they upcharged me for chicken. Paid $14 just for lunch for 1 person.
We come here all the dang time and had no issue. Always tip between 2-5$ and the occasional 10$ but as of tonight never coming back. Our waiter Claudia decided our 2-3$ tip wasn't good enough for her and added her own tip to our bill. Keep in mind our check usually is about 18-24$ nothing crazy so tipping 10% what do you expect. But nah she decides today she wanted to tip herself and add it to our check. Of course I refused to pay it because tipping isn't mandatory and if you don't like the money you're making get a new job. So even tho their food is good and owner is nice I won't come back after they decided to add their own tip. Even the other servers were trynna tell me they added the tip because we don't tip good enough and again I don't have to tip at all so they should consider themselves lucky I do at all. So don't come here unless you want to have them tip for you

I love this place good food, the wait staff do what they can as long as you don't need refills on water..I stop buy for large salsa and chips every week and it is a constant battle they give me a condiments cup... After about 5 minutes I get the large salsa... but don't let that stop you from coming here. Great food. Great specials. But make sure you have a little time to spare
