Made my own creation while my friend grabbed a suggested special creation. We both thoroughly enjoyed it! The waffle cones and bowls were delicious, too. Service was quick and friendly. Not a whole lot of people there when I went, so nice and peaceful.

Manager was disrespectful to me and other employees, I worked there for a month before I was fired without cause. I wasn’t even told I was fired and wasn’t aware of the fact until I noticed I was removed from the group chat used to communicate between employees. When asked the owner claimed she could not afford to keep me employed after previously stating she would talk to the manager about rehiring me because when I first noticed I was removed from the schedule she claimed I was fired for an minor allergy I had to some cleaning products.

I came into the establishment it wasn't clean whatsoever, and when I went to order the manager took my order and was trying to make advances on me. This is entirely inappropriate for the workplace in my opinion. When I finally received my ice cream it smelled bad was already partially melted. Would never dine here again.

Ice cream was very soft. It's been that way the last several times we've been to this location. Next time we will take the extra time and go across town to the Hamburg location. It's much better there.

It makes me really sad to say this. But the owners of this store are racist . . . and so much more.One of our close friends worked at Cold Stone Creamery - she's our babysitter. She's always been a young woman of integrity and works hard.Recently she called out one of the managers for making racist comments and then in return - was told she was a bad employee and fired.Quite frankly - I'm shocked and upset. I will no longer be attending this store and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know not to go.Please do not support this store.
