Recently purchased a custom ice cream birthday cake from the Sir Barton store. Ordered and purchased on-line. When I went to pick it up, had issues applying my earned rewards which did not make me happy. The store manager immediately went above and beyond to address the issue and he ensured I was 100% satisfied with the resolution. Best Customer service i’ve ever had!!visited this coldstone Wednesday evening and it was such an inviting friendly atmosphere! Elijah and Brooklyn were the people who served my family (i asked their names for my review) they were both so nice and very friendly

Cold stone creamery, where do I begin? Your portions are extremely large and cannot possibly be eaten in one sitting. There are two locations in Kentucky that I know of and I've been to both. Both locations have pretty good customer service and consistent portion sizes. I like the choice of placement. They are near other places to eat which makes it a great dessert option. An overall good experience.
