i ordered the nighthawk with loaded baked potato and the diego salad the steak was tender and seasoned baked potato was cooked to perfection with all the toppings and the salad was fresh and crisp i love going to this one food is always hot and delicious. Service was great also very friendly family atmosphere love it definitely recommend.

The steak was huge. It was so tender I almost didn't have to chew it. And the flavor was very good. Can't wait to order again!

My 10oz ribeye, ordered med well, was way over cooked. For some reason the steak was sliced in thirds lengthwise leaving each piece about 1/4" thick. There was no flavor or marbling evident. I choose this cut for it's flavor and moistness. Because of the way it was prepared it was terrible. The salad was a little wilted. The baked potatowasn't the best. I was so looking forward to this splurge. So disappointing. Columbia's, you used to be so much better than this!!!

Due to the rudest and most unprofessional manager (Southland location) I have encountered in a very long time, they will NEVER get my business again at any location!!! The driver called after mistakenly dropping off the wrong order… it was burgers and I ordered ribeye steaks. I was told they would deliver what I actually ordered. The next call was to let me know the manager made the decision to get the wrong food back. At this point I already had it a hour and had gone through each container handling the food. I certainly hope the plan wasn’t to deliver it to someone, but I now don’t have confidence in management making the right decision. An hour and half passed so I called and spoke to the manager. The food STILL had not even left the restaurant. What’s worse was the manager speaking to me as if I had done something wrong. I ended up canceling after that primarily because of the surprisingly hateful and offensive manager, but I also became pretty concerned about food safety at this point. TBD on him actually completing the refund…

We have ordered from this location several times and never been disappointed until tonight. I'm not sure what happened, I'm hoping that the chef was out sick because the food was not good.. my steak was like jerky(which I ordered medium) and the salad looked like it should have been thrown out a day ago. And I seriously hope that broccoli casserole is not served like that on a regular basis. Truly disappointed.
