The service was great. The place is in disrepair, but it was quaint. I ordered the steak tips, which was large chunks of beef roast in an unsavory au jus. Two bites in and I couldn't handle anymore. My husband got the ribeye, first bite was unseasonably, but okay. Three or so bites in and he couldn't eat anymore. Salad has brown tipped iceberg lettuce. Just no. It was a total waste.

We drive up from Lancaster on special occasions. The location offers a peaceful atmosphere, with above average service and very good food. Between their famous Nighthawk steak and their soups and deserts you can find plenty of options to dine on. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of the Columbia Steak House.
Went in for the first time in like 20 years. I had the ribeye with baked potato. The potato was huge, at least 1.5lbs, and it was thoroughly cooked. The ribeye was on the thin side, but hats off to the cook, it was cooked rare and the flavor was

Tim did that, HE cooked that food. I had the burger and side special for 8.99, which the size of burger should have been up there with the price of the steaks. It was juice and very flavorful. Now the waitstaff were smiling and friendly the whole time. I promise you once I get over being full as a tick. I will be back hint hint date night with the better half next time. Please come join us you will absolutely fall in love with the place. Oh and music is groovy.

I'm a fan of Columbia Steak House. My fondness dates back to my college years at UK/early 1980's. The decor appears to be the same, which could use some updated touches. Nevertheless, the food is still very tasty! I received attentive service. I have eaten in the dining room on Limestone Street location last weekend, and I got carryout from the Richmond Rd location this week.

Customer service is great! The food is not great at all! I would have rather had texas roadhouse or even outback. The steak was awful and more like a pot roast than a steak.
