I come to this location frequently and I’ve never had an incorrect order until today. I specifically asked for a snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard, and when I got to the window to pay, the cashier repeated just “cookie dough blizzard”. I corrected him so as to make sure it was the snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard I had ordered and he said “oh, I didn’t hear that. but I’ll remake it” 5 minutes later, he comes back to the window and hands me the now melting cookie dough blizzard, so I still did not get what I ordered. As there were several cars behind me, I just decided to leave, because you can’t go inside anymore

This Dairy Queen sucks. I’ve had two bad experiences back to back and I will not be going anymore. The last time my boyfriend and I ordered chicken strips and our strips were literally all breading and no chicken and extremely hard to chew.A few weeks later some friends and I came and dined in. We all had ordered different blizzards but could not eat them because they tasted like spoiled milk. I politely told the staff what we were experiencing, and they shrugged and walked away
ABSOLUTE WORSE DRIVE-THRU IN ALL OF LEXINGTON, and these people want to make $15/hr. ??? Don’t even bother ordering any SPECIFIC orders…..they’ll fix whatever THEY want, not what YOU want. Will NOT be back. Go an extra mile to CULVERS….they UNDERSTAND ENGLISH there.

I had a mother-daughter date and we ordered a chicken basket and a large Reese's Peanut Butter Cup pie blizzard. I don't get me wrong the food really was good. However the blizzard had a huge air gap in the center. It was literally 2 in tall air gap right down the center so that's product that I paid for that I didn't get. That was frustrating to me as expensive as they are. We spent over $15 on just that large blizzard and the chicken basket. We don't eat there that often real food but we every now and a great while get a blizzard for a treat for our kids. But I'm not likely to return to this one because of this. But again food was good service was great I just wasn't happy with that money is just too hard to come by these days.
