So I literally only live four minutes away, and I called the store and the woman was very rude with me and was like well. They had more than one order and stuff like that which I get but if I only live four minutes away when it makes sense to take, the order and just get it out the way instead of driving 10 minutes away and making a person wait 30 minutes for their meal and then when you call because you’re just concerned you get rudeness well there’s other people also definitely will not be ordering from here again

I placed an order for a medium pizza from this location for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the store but had to do delivery due to me having to work still... the pizza tracker showed the driver left the store with my food at 3:52pm.... almost 40 minutes later after the driver left the store and I still don't have a pizza. I call to ask why it's taking so long for me to receive my food, and I get told that the driver had multiple orders to deliver and mine was the last stop and she was about to be at my house. 40+ minutes later. Who wants soggy cold pizza? For $28. I ask for my order to be cancelled, and then asked would I receive a confirmation that it's been cancelled only to have the dude tell me "I don't know how that system works....but I have no reason to lie to you". Terrible customer service and terrible delivery time.

Horrendous customer service. The pizza was ready for pick-up, but no one would tell me anything at the counter when I arrived. It took an extra 10 minute wait period to finally get my order. I could see I wasn't the only one waiting longer than expected for their orders, and actually, there was chaos in the kitchen, crew getting pizzas wrong and redoing orders. When I got home and opened the pizza box, I realized they gave me a plain cheese pizza instead of the 3 ingredient one I had ordered. Thats's a ripoff. Nobody would answer the phone, and instead, I was referred to a useless automatic bot. I couldn't post a claim to an actual person. It's so frustrating. With such mediocre service, this food chain is rapidly approaching to become a scam.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, it was a free pizza I had to pay delivery..I was in a tight spot, and the app asks DO YOU WANT TO TIP...I marked NO... delivery came, guy hands me pizza and says WILL YOU BE TIPPING...awkwardly I reached in my pocket and gave him my last 2 dollars...did he not see i declined a tip...I was taking advantage of a coupon deal...scraped together the delivery charge..I was broke. It made me feel uncomfortable when the driver asked me for a tip...I love Domino's on New Circle Rd... ordered pizza tonight...guess I'm old school, but I never asked for tips
I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with extra cheese and the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread. Pizza wasn't cut all the way through but tasted pretty good. I thought it could use some more cheese because I paid for extra. The stuffed cheese bread was really greasy. Overall it was good but not great.
