My fiancee and I had a bad service with an old driver. Not only did we get a refund but the assistant manager called and gave her personal number to us incase we were to ever have problems in the future. Really shows they care about their customers!

Last two times I’ve ordered the pizza has been cold. Driver sat outside my place for 20 mins after he delivered the pizza. Obviously not in any rush and cool handing customers cold pizzas. Very professional

Worst pizza and customer experience ever! At 4:04 pm, I ordered a pizza from Domino on Lane Allen and had it sent to my sister. Pizza still had not arrived by 7:00 pm so I called back. I got a text from the driver saying they assumed the outer door to the apartment building was locked(but did not go to the door to check)so they returned the pizza to the Domino store. I spoke to a female manager who was rude and would not give her name but would redeliver it. An hour later at 8:02 pm still no pizza. I called back and spoke to a manager named Rob. He was rude also. Told me I wasn't the only customer. At 8:15 pm the pizza finally arrived! I would have canceled the order but it was for my sister. A 4-hour delivery time is simply ridiculous and it's even more so when the managers have poor customer service skills.

Thomas is so nice! One of my favorite delivery drivers there! I love this dominos specifically! I usually order the same things every time. It always turns out perfect and gets to me hot and fast!
You earn points and when you get to so many pants you can get something for free but got to pay for the delivery fee thou but if you pick up in the stores it's free all the way

Let me tell you about my amazing experience with the Lane Allen Rd Dominos! Today I ordered a pizza and a gentleman named Zack answered the phone and he was so pleasant! I had placed an order a week ago and it wasn't up to pari brought to the attention of the general manager who was caring, professional and courteous. He offered a credit to rectify the situation. Not only did that suffice but the contact I had with this store went above and beyond! Anyway, placed an order with, "The Amazing Zack", and he was apologetic once again and then made the best pizza i have ever had from Domino's. I just thought someone should know, the Lane Allen Rd store in Lexington Kentucky is doing it right! Great food, great service, and great customer service! They deserve a pat on the back and a raise! Tell em Genevieve says thanks!!
