I was very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an online order for a pepperoni, pepperoni & sausage, & beef medium pizzas. My order came wrong. Everything was sausage. No beef. My boyfriend doesn’t eat pork so it was important that we got this issue fixed. I called the store and after being on hold for 3 minutes I decided to drive to the location and stayed on hold the whole time. I walked through the door on hold (8 min plus at this point) while several employees were in the location working. In my opinion no reason someone is not taking the incoming phone calls. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. She comes to the front and I explain my first problem is that I am still on hold while standing in her store. She proceeds to get defensive trying to explain what each employee is doing. She says she is short staffed which is bull as there are 5 employees plus herself. Seemed fully staffed to me on a Saturday night. I asked her to politely to give me a beef pizza. She then asked me who had a slice out of the box. I said lady I’m not about to do this with you. My receipt clearly says beef I ate a slice to confirm it was in fact sausage. Funny thing is I am writing this review while sitting in the lobby listening to their phone ring non stop and not one employee is taking the time to answer the phone. I would think in this industry every time the phone rings that’s revenue calling. Terrible customer service.

I ordered pizza a week ago at 9:40 didn't recieve it until 11:48 was advised to call back cause they were new. When I did I talked to Olivia who was rude and refused to help me. When I asked for computer number she told me I had to find it myself on Google. Now I filed a complaint and have received no response back from corporate so I will send in my rating to let others know what is going on. And I also have advised others not to order from them due to the management being rude people and not wanting to help. ??????

Ordered for delivery and gave the driver a tip as always well went to eat and they brought me the wrong food, then called to get it fixed and they bring what i ordered but all smashed in the box like they just thru it in there. I understand they had to make 2 trips but that is their fault for not checking to make sure they got the right food for the right order.

I'LL PASS! The person was making dough, no gloves, comes over to me to wait on me. Didn't wash her hands or even wipe ther off but proceeded to type on computer to prepare to take my order. I didn't order, she proceeded with making her pizza. All this and her hands never touched water. I'LL PASS!

Absolutely horrible Took An hour to deliver my food I only got half of it and then they wanted to bring me the other half. Already cold would have been soggy also if id waited. Never go back. They did nothing to rectify the situation.

I know that the delivery drivers are hard working. However, the manager and other staff are careless and slow. They call you "sweetie" while apologizing for their mistakes. We order frequently from here for convenience but we won't again. Bad, unprofessional service.
