Lately, every time we order from the Lane Allen store we get bad stomach pain. There has barely been any cheese on the pizzas too. Last night was the last time Dominos is going to make my family ill.
Worst ever branch when ever I ordered buffalo chicken pizza they just give a pizza without buffalo sauce!!! It’s not the first time almost nth time !!

I ordered jalapenos bacon cheese sticks........ All the bacon was raw. No where near cooked.They gave me a store credit...... ?Guess that's what you get to compensate for poisoning. Then they hung up on me saying they said Hello multiple times. My supervisors heard and recorded the conversation.Do better. FR FR

I love how my order is supposed to be ready on the app but it's not, and every worker is yelling at each other. People goofing around up front and it seems very disorganized, immature, and idiotic. Took me 20 minutes to get my order after it said on the app that it was ready. Just don't get anything here.

I don't complain about my food but, the order was wrong and cold. I tried putting a slice in the microwave and it made it worse. I was super excited to have a pizza night after a 10 mile run and it seemed as if the pizza was intentionally made to upset me. When I went to make the order online I had accidentally hit no tip. However, I had cash on me to tip the driver when he arrived 45 mins late. I still tipped only regret wasting my time and money on what little I have. I've worked in food service, I know it's hard but, I always tried best no matter what.

Only one problem. They need to train the employees how to make the pizza crust the edges on our pizza was terrible really fat on one part and really thin on some parts it didn't look good at all. But the garlic knots and 5 cheese dip was the greatest.Vegetarian options: I can't say anything about the vegetarian food because I like meat on my plate.

Pizza was 10/10 both times I've ordered here. Bread was good as usual. My only gripe would be the Buffalo sauce 4/10 on flavor. Overall great experience

Told us to leave as we pulled up at 1015 pm...with an open sign in the window ..and suggested we use delivery ...so we went to Old Chicago and got real pizza. If he hasn't been rude about it..that woulda been different. A good mgr would have been professional.
