I'm a certified Dunkie Junkie and this is my go-to location in Lex. I usually go on Sundays, and the crew is awesome. They seem to enjoy working here, they support each other, they are friendly/prompt/responsive when it comes to customer service, and the manager seems to take his job very seriously. I'll usually get a cold brew and spend 2-3 hours here working on homework here, and it's just the place I need it to be!

The staff was very friendly but our order was wrong and honestly the food and coffee are inedible!!! Got the churro coffee iced and it’s just milk and bacon topped avocado toast and the bacon was cold and floppy and not even crumbled just thrown on there whole. Ordered everything stuffed bagel bites and received plain bagel bites. Awful waste of money.

I come here every single day . The coffee is always unpredictable. The staff is 90% unpleasant. I have found hair in my food , my food has been undercooked . I’ve let sooooo many things slide but I think they have honestly lost my business permanently . The older man who’s the manager should just retire if he hates his job as much as it seems he does .

I used to love this location Dunkin. But my last several attempts to get my usual iced latte and vanilla cream doughnut was horrible. If they even gave me the correct doughnuts at all, they weren't cooked enough. I ended up trashing them due to being extremely doughy...
