On 3/15/24, my husband and I had a delightful date night at this new pizza spot. Despite sparse parking near the campus, we lucked out during spring break. We sampled a beer flight and savored the old world-style “drunken mushroom” pizza, along with a Caesar salad and hot honey chicken wings. The food was served promptly and deliciously. The casual ambiance of the spacious interior, coupled with immediate service due to the few customers present, added to our enjoyment. The house-made dressings elevated the flavors significantly. We’d easily rate it 10/10 and would return, though we wish they offered cauliflower or gluten-free options. Their pizza-by-the-slice option is perfect for those not looking to commit to a whole pie. There is also a shared restaurant inside that serves late night food options, but it was closed due to spring break. Regardless, it is definitely worth checking this place out.

Top-notch New York-Italian-style pizza! My husband and I ordered the - wait for it - Brooklyn pizza. Sans the mushrooms just because we don't like fungi. We also ordered the huge Garlic Knots, which comes with marinara that tastes like maybe it's more pure than processed. It tasted like it was made with primarily tomatoes and didn't have a ton of sugar in it, as most processed marinara does. It seemed like maybe the same marinara was used on the pizza. So yes! You'll notice a difference, but for the good!Ordering was easy, and communication was fantastic! I was sent texts notifying me the order was received, that it was picked up by our DoorDasher, and that they were almost to us.Thank you, Ethereal & DoorDash (we had Donna, who is the sweetest)!

Ethereal Slicehouse is a hidden gem. This is the closest you're going to get to legimate Jersey/NY-style pizza ?. Pizza by the slice or the pie. When we come by, we order the plain cheese. It's impeccable ?. Excellent selection of beers that are always fun and interesting. They also usually have a frozen margarita or two on tap.

Best pizza in Lexington! Toppings are great but the cheese is the star of the show. Perfect crust. We'll definitely make this our regular pizza stop.
