I come in to this place a lot and have a great time with my family. I came in and everything was going wonderfully until I met Ryan. Ryan was working the game floor (skinny, white ,brunette man) and he was in charge of running the rides. As we walked over to the frog drop ride he immediately walked away. The ride has a push for service button so we pushed the button. He walks back over huffing and puffing. He tells me my 2 free rides (included in my package) were not on the card. I asked if we could walk to the front and scan the card to check. Instead of checking he let my son get on the ride after throwing his hands up in disbelief and opening the gate. My 4 year old son says “ I don’t know if I like this ride.” And Ryan says “ Do you not want to ride it then,” in the most hateful tone I have ever heard anyone speak to my son. My son told him he would like to ride still and Ryan shrugged his shoulders and began the ride.I told Ryan that I thought he had a horrible attitude and shouldn’t speak to children or customers the way he did. I asked Ryan for his name so I could speak to a manager and leave a review. He told me at this point, “ Oh, He would show me a manager, No problem. ” All while smiling like he hadn’t really upset someone and their child. The manager showed me the issue with my card and gave me a $10 credit for my issue with Ryan but I don’t think anyone should have to experience this here.Edit: It’s been a couple hours since the incident and reflecting back at how much I expressed how his words and actions towards me and my son really affected me, I feel as if more should have been done by management rather than just telling us he would be “talked to.” I go 2-3 times a week as this is my kids favorite daytime activity. We came on Sunday at 11am and he was the man who opened the door for customers and was extremely unpleasant that day aswell.Laughing and smiling in not only a customer’s face but a mother who has told you they are upset with the treatment of their child ( to the point of tears and shaking) seems extremely inappropriate.Kid-friendliness: Staff is not friendly.

Ladies and gentlemen at the front are friendly. Please make sure popular pizzas are readily available. Generally a good job there. Better selection on top ticket prizes please. As regulars, we save our tickets as a lesson for my kids

False advertising buffet clearly says 9.99 but after taxes and ADDING A DRINK who tf eats a buffet with out a drink included . You end up paying 28$ for 2 people. The people up don’t tell you til after the fact and your question how did 9.99 for 2 ppl end up being almost 28$ Food ain’t that great either . Need to bring back the better deserts

What an awful place. Anyone who enters must pay 9.99 for an awful buffet. But oh wait! It's actually 12.98 because the fine print says that the buffet doesn't come with a drink. But there is not a choice to not get a drink. So add another 2.99 for the mandatory drink. Then, if you dare enter the play area there is nothing free. They take more money out of your pocket for the terrible entertainment. The kids run rampant there was no attendant to maintain order or control. One of the worst experiences I have ever been a part.

The food was nasty and plain, so when I asked for a Styrofoam cup they wanted me to pay $3.00 for it. The silverware was out in the open for everyone to touch and it was just nasty.

The lady, Hispanic, I didn't ask her name but she didn't want to help me, she said that I should wait for her because her charger didn't work. until his partner arrived to assist me after a few minutes.

Friendly service. My kiddo had a blast. So much to do and I love that there is a sports room and a kids movie room while they eat. The food was bland and not good. I would go again just for the convenience of the dining and fun play arcade thing. Probably stick to just a salad next time or not eat.
