I usually never go to Graeter's but the had something special. The special when I went was lemon meringue pie ice cream. I never knew this existed. I asked for a sample and it is all that it said it would be. I love all lemon favorited foods. I only purchased a single scoop, which was $6.04. I remember why I don't go to Graeter's. But I will say today it was well worth it.

Wow... just wow. If you've read any of the reviews I've written you'll realize I'm a bit of an ice cream addict. Graeter's ice cream is top notch. It's smooth, creamy and rich in flavors. My husband and I were in Lexington for a few days. On the third night we stopped at Graeters and I got one small scoop of their double chocolate. It was so good- I was scraping the sides and the bottom of the bowl. The next day I kept thinking about that ice cream so we went back. I got a scoop of cherry chocolate chip and another scoop of the double chocolate. Way too much ice cream, but I ate every bit. If you're in the area of a Graeter's Ice Cream, I highly recommend stopping by and getting some.

I was going to Drake’s, my car broke down while in the parking lot. After eating there, I decided I wanted some ice cream. I walk into the ice cream shop, a 5’0 white woman with red hair is standing there mean-mugging me. I ignore it, walking in line. I look at the menu, I decided to go with a classic- Cookies ‘n Cream, looking at me she scuffs at my choice of ice cream. That doesn’t bother me, everybody has their own ice cream opinion. She asked me if I wanted it as a milkshake, waffle cone, or in a cup. I ask for 2 waffle cones. She immediately looks up at me. She says “Two waffle cones?” I say yes ma’am, she immediately starts laughing. I don’t understand what’s so funny about two waffle cones. Scooping the ice cream, she puts it on there, going to the counter she gives me the craziest white woman stare I have ever seen in my life. Nearly dropping the money, I was able to hand it to her and put in a tip. She smiles delightfully for once, a beautiful smile. She then stares at me walking out the door. I walked back to my car scared…

I've known about Graeter's for years thanks to Unwrapped on the Food Network and we've been able to get their ice cream at the grocery store, but this is the first time we've been able to come to one of the shops. Their ice cream is even better when it's fresh and the birthday cake and buckeye blast flavors were absolutely amazing and so, so very filling. One scoop is enough for two people and it's definitely an ice cream shop that you have to try!

Ice cream is amazing. Very creamy and flavorful. The prices are good but the amount of ice cream is a bit less than I'd expect. Will try another location next time to see if the scoops are comparable. But again, very tasty ice cream

We went to get ice cream at the Graeter's location in Hamburg. It is back off a road after you turn off Man O War. You would have to know you wanted ice cream and look up the address because it is not a location you might pass by chance. My husband had Mocha chocolate chip and my son had cookies and cream. A single scoop was a little over $5. We enjoyed our ice cream and the shop was clean and comfortable. Mine was bourbon chip and was really good.
This place is amazing! Not only did I have some great Ice cream, I was served by the most amazing employee at this establishment, Dalton. I don't know what he makes, but whatever it is, is not enough.

always loved Graeters but really disappointed with half the stay (3 out of the 6, including the manager ) were NOT wearing hair nets or hats, or gloves.Didn’t see a single person wash their hands and only 3 out of the 6 had gloves and maybe a hat.this is disgusting and unacceptable. i’m not going to report this to the Health Department but i should be. Graeters you are better. i saw an employees hair fall in the ice cream tub area because of no hat or hair net.people who didn’t have gloves on didn’t wash their hands and they looked gross. nails caked with dirt.
