I went to order a birthday cake for my son. Their suggestions for the cake to the decoration on the cake were spot on! The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and well spoken. They had it ready very quickly and it was perfect! Thank you!

I ordered a cookie cake for my husbands birthday, and the ladies at this location were so helpful and even helped to have my order ready a few hours earlier than I had originally asked the morning of pickup. I appreciate the great customer service, and the delicious cookie!

In Fayette Mall Lexington. I went to get cookies with my family. I was shocked on how little there was. Most were empty. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had peanut butter cookies she said no but at the same time I'm watching the guy in the back loading up a rack with lots of different cookies not in the show case. So we made a selection from what little that was there. The girl was asked for one Doosie chocolate chip. She went and boxed up a M&M Doosie. My wife said went want a regular chocolate chip Doosie. So she went back to the case and slung the M&M doozie back in the case hitting the front glass with it. Picking up a regular chocolate chip cookie put in the back not a doozie. So when we told her that's not what we want. We want a regular chocolate chip doozie. She stormed off like it was a burden to make it. At that point we were upset by the actions of their employee. We never said a word but another girl saw this and took over cashing us out. Not please in the customer service.

I have ordered cakes for 15yrs. This cake I got today looked like a 1st grader made it and the cardboard was thicker then the cake. When we place an order, at least whomever is decorating should put some passion in it.
