I can't say I was very happy after leaving Happy Sushi....we ordered hibachi, 2 "spicy" sushi rolls and fried rice. The service was great and it came pretty fast. They offered us 2 spring rolls on the house and they were greasy and tasteless. The fried rice was very oily and didn't have much flavor either. The "spicy" sushi rolls were not spicy in the least--I ended up using my entire wasabi portion to try and make it a little hot. The hibachi was probably the best part of the meal, but I got 4 pcs of broccoli, about 4 pcs of zucchini and then 1/2 an onion. Won't be back unfortunately.

This place is incredible for the price.The general tsaos is the only place I've been to that actually has some spice in it upon request. Most places have big chunks of fatty chicken that has no flavor. This place has bite sized chunks, flavorful seasoning and the perfect amount of breading.The sushi and hibachi are some of the best in Lexington, and that says a lot compared to all of the other high end places. The yum yum sauce is perfect and not too sweet. If you're looking for a good fast restaurant on the Southside, this is the one to go to. I go here all the time

I have had both take away and dined in. Both have been awesome and the staff is very kind. They make you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is really chill. My kids ask to eat here at least once a week! We have been obsessed since 2020Vegetarian options: I usually get sushi, they have options that are meatless.
Such good food! We tried the Tonkatsu Ramen and Tuna pokè bowl. Everything was perfectly delicious.

I absolutely loved it there. I originally picked that place because Google told me it was all you can eat sushi; however, since covid, they no longer do that. The sushi I did get was amazing, though. It seemed to literally melt in my mouth! It definitely tasted very fresh! Absolutely amazing! I hundred percent recommend you check this place out. I'm definitely going to be coming back with other friends and family. ❤️

This is the best sushi spot in Lexington. I have tried nearly every sushi place this city has to offer and this one has stood out and haven’t turned back. Firstly the sushi is so fresh every time and have lots of options for specialty rolls and with the lowest prices as well. Secondly, the service is unmatched. The owner and his wife greet everyone and always have conversations with us when we go. I’d highly recommend this place.
I came here on a whim a few weeks ago and have been back every week since, this place has the best hibatchi food I’ve ever had and according to my girlfriend the best sushi in the city. The staff is so polite and accommodating, they give you free egg rolls and crab Rangoon, and make sure to check on you regularly throughout your meal! I don’t have enough good things to say about this place, next time you’re looking for a bite on the southeast end this is the place to be!!
