I've been in Kentucky for just over 4 years.. this was the best sandwich I've had.. I'm just sorry it took me this long to find them. Affordably priced compared to the "big" guys and way way better. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients.. I can't wait for lunch tomorrow!

I am a big fan of the salad bar at Jason Deli's. There are so many ingredients to build a big, hearty salad. I'm happy that in addition to the standard salad dressings, they also have good ole olive oil and vinegar as options, which are my preferred

Went to Drive thru and ordered a Club Royale on Marbled Rye. Got it regular. Went inside & was offered the bread so that I "didn't have to wait for the sandwich to be remade". Now at home "remaking" my sandwich which will not have cheese or the sauce they put on it. This is not the first time ordering this but the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will NOT be back!

I eat here quite a bit, on one occasion i came through the drive through and i placed my order was given the total and pulled up in line. I realized being an idiot i ordered the wrong thing, so when i got to the window i took a shot in the dark in hopes they would let me change my order. Without question they let me order what i actually wanted and didn’t give me any hassle about it. Every time i go the food is great and the people are always nice. If you haven’t had one of the potatoes yet, let me just say, you are seriously missing out. 10/10 recommend

Today I ordered the penne pasta and meatballs. It was very good but since I have a serious issue with acid reflex I could only eat a little of the tomato sauce. The manager saw I was not eating and asked if something was wrong. I explained the problem and he graciously gave me a free ham sandwich to take home. Now THAT is customer service. Kudos to that wonderful manager.

Bad experience and store has bad policies. If you have a pickup and wanna go thru the window they won’t let you due to policies. Not to mention very rude and again the stupid policies just be normal people. Food was always disgusting. 0/5 never going back. Good customer service may have made me give another try but there was
